How do I prepare for a session?

The best preparation is no preparation. From a practical point of view, it is only good to take the time before and after a session for yourself. Plan the day for yourself, possibly put a very large ME-TIME in your agenda for a day full for yourself.

What is the best thing to do after a session?

After a session, information/tips will be shared with you. This will include things that are good to do like, kind tips, what might be good to eat (ground raw hot foods). It is especially important to listen to your body, ground yourself, take your time, embody the energy in everyday life. You can still feel the energy the days after a session or longer. Give yourself integration time.

How many sessions are recommended?

We recommend from LEAP to do several sessions, so that you can deepen your process. For the greatest effect, it is recommended to participate in 3-5 or more sessions. Every session is different for everyone! It’s all about embodying the energy.
